You are invited to meet the 2012 Grand Marshal Mitch Boehm

This is an opportunity for supporters and participants of Riding into history to meet Mitch in a social setting. The event also features a talk by Mitch Boehm. Delicious Asian cuisine will be provided at the Legends Grill, just behind the World Golf Village Hall of Fame Tower.

Mitch Boehm grew up riding and racing motorcycles as a kid in northern Ohio during the 1970s. He continued his two-wheeling during college in Salt Lake City in the early 1980s, slowly graduating to the streebike and roadracing scenes. He landed a job at Motorcyclist magazine after college in 1985, and has been a fixture on the moto-journalism scene ever since, working as Editor-in-Chief of Motorcyclist for nearly fifteen years and also doing short stints during those 26 years at Cycle World and in American Honda’s product-development department. Boehm now edits and publishes Moto Retro Illustrated, a glossy, large-format magazine covering the dirt, street and mini culture of the ’60s, ’70s and ’80s. Boehm lives in Los Angeles.
