Exhibitor Agreement Terms and Conditions
Exhibitor Setup: All exhibitors must be onsite and setup prior to 10:00am on the day of the event. Event staff will direct exhibitors to specified exhibition space, loading/unloading area and vehicle parking locations. Exhibitors are responsible for all setup and tear down. Exhibitors must vacate the premises by 5:00pm of the event day.
Exhibitor Space: A pre-defined 10’x10’ space is allocated for exhibitor unless otherwise noted on your invoice. The Exhibitor is responsible for providing any tables, chairs, tent and/or other presentation materials for their exhibit. Exhibit materials must be contained within the specified space to avoid impeding the flow of traffic around the walkway and must not present any safety issues. Water, electric, phone and data lines are not guaranteed by RIH or WGV.
Exhibitor Sales Exclusions: No merchandise of any kind may be sold by exhibitors on the WGV premises. Only officially sanctioned RIH Charity Store items may be sold at the event. Offering merchandise for sale will result in expulsion from the event by Sheriff’s deputies.
Exhibitor Cancellations: RIH is a rain or shine event. Exhibitor fees will only be refunded if requested in writing and received at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event. Other refunds are at the discretion of the RIH Event.
