Club Booth Registration
Terms and Conditions
Pursuant to the Riding into History (RIH) event’s agreement with the World Golf Village (wgv), all Clubs at the RIH Event are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Club Registration: All Clubs must be pre-registered at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event. No Clubs will be allowed to register on event day
Club Setup: All Clubs must be onsite ad setup prior to 10:00am on the day of the event. Event Staff will direct Clubs to specified exhibition space, loading/unloading area and vehicle parking locations. Clubs are responsible for all setup and tear down. Clubs must vacate the premises by 5:00pm of the event day.
Club Space: A pre-defined 10′x10′ space is allocated for Club The Club is responsible for providing any tables, chairs, tent and/or other presentation materials for their exhibit. Exhibit materials must be contained within the specified space to avoid impeding the flow of traffic around the walkway and must not present any safety issues. Water, electric, phone and data lines are not guaranteed by RIH or WGV. Club space is not guaranteed and is provided as available and at no charge.
Club Sales Exclusions: No merchandise of any kind may be sold by Clubs on WGV premises. Clubs may, however, provide items incident to collecting new or renewal membership fees from members if such items are included as part of their membership. Only officially sanctioned RIH Charity Store items may be sold at the event. Offering merchandise for sale will result in expulsion from the event by Sheriff’s deputies.
RIH is a rain or shine event.
